Haystoun Property Services offer a full property management service for landlords, of both commercial & residential properties, taking care of all aspects of renting your property.  This includes:

• Marketing your property
• Sourcing & vetting tenants
• Ongoing management of the property
• Arranging for all checks to carried out on the property
• Ongoing property inspections
• Provision of all legal documentation 
• Automated monthly landlord statements
• Rent and deposit collection

If you do not require our ongoing management service, we are able to provide you with a one-off tenant find service.

You will find us on the Scottish Letting Agent Register (LARN 1812017) and are members of both ARLA and the Council of Letting Agents demonstrating that we are meeting the highest professional standards that have been set for the industry.

2)  We are transparent with no hidden fees.

Unlike many letting agents our charges are clear and transparent. If we manage a property for you on an ongoing basis there is a one-off marketing and set up fee of £400, and 10% of monthly rental income. That's it. We don’t charge commission on any essential maintenance work we arrange on your behalf, or for inspections.

3) We get things done.

We employ our own plumber through Haystoun Trades and have excellent working relationships with local tradesmen. What this means for you is that should anything go wrong with your property we are able to get it fixed quickly with minimum disruption to your tenants.

4) We create lasting tenancies. 

We understand that our landlords want good quality, long term tenants. If we place tenants in your property who move out in less than 3 months we won’t charge you a remarketing fee.
